It happens sometimes. 
Sometimes encounters happen and you can do nothing about it. It happens sometimes. Going from a dark place to one filled with light, you’re blinded for some seconds. This does not happen when dark and light coexist and depend on each other. If, then, we consider that the light we’re talking about is that of a Neon, things start having a peculiar flavour and have a definetly contemporary after-taste. Meeting this young photographer, whose communication is so raw and direct, confirms that talent is alive, more then ever, and that it overcomes linguistic codes. Emiliano Lazzarotto is a photographer. Full stop. Fashion, Glam, Eros, Reportage continously mix and cross, interbreeding and contradicting. Losing one’s bearings is the most fearful and beautiful sensation, finding then the way out at the end of the dark room, led by the flashing and gassy light of a neon.

Alle volte capita. 
Certi incontri accadono senza che ci si possa fare nulla. Alle volte capita. Passando da un ambiente buio ad uno invaso dalla luce si rimane accecati per qualche secondo. Lo stesso non accade quando  buio e luce coesistono e dipendono l’uno dall’altra. Se poi consideriamo che la luce di cui stiamo parlando è quella al Neon le cose assumono un sapore del tutto particolare e hanno un retrogusto decisamente contemporaneo. Incontrare questo fotografo, giovane, dalla comunicazione crudamente diretta, ci da conferma che il talento è vivo più che mai e oltrepassa i codici linguistici. Emiliano Lazzarotto è un fotografo. Punto e basta. Moda, Glam, Eros, Reportage si mescolano e si accavallano continuamente ibridandosi e contraddicendosi. Perdere l’orientamento è la sensazione più spaventosa e bella che si possa provare, salvo poi ritrovare l’uscita in fondo alla sala buia, guidati dalla luce intermittente e gassosa di un neon.
