The Brand of the Year Awards organized by Korea Customers Forum is the largest annual brand award in Korea which selects and rewards the Brand of the Year through nationwide consumer surveys. This year’s online surveys and individual telephone surveys were conducted July 4-17.
In this survey, the primary age group that selected Cher, Klairs was the 20s and 30s, made up of 75.33% women and 23.67% men. One of the eye-catching features is that the brand scored higher in individual phone surveys. The phone survey, which targeted 1,000 Gen MZ users with vegan cosmetics experience, shows better accuracy than online surveys.
