We say: It’s not a full-coverage product, but rather provides a veil of radiance to the skin, reports our tester. The beauty product that’s causing the buzz is easy to apply thanks to the sponge-tip applicator. After applying to skin with a synthetic bristle brush, our tester found her face was luminous and her skin tone was more even.
